BRAD BARNDS

Brad Barnds has over 40 years domestic & international energy experience in oil, gas, power, LNG and water. He has global experience developing, acquiring and commercializing power generation, gas supply, reserves, LNG, pipelines and storage. He has worked in E&P, LNG, Power and Renewables with senior management experience as VP Gas, Calpine Corp., Senior Advisor, Toyota Tsusho Corp., SVP, Oxbow Gas, and SVP, WesPac Midstream LLC.

FRANK DONNELLY

Frank Donnelly, President, Ally Global LLC, strategically engages with developers and investors on power/energy/gas markets development and operations management in the U.S., Caribbean and Latin America. Prior to Ally Global, Frank was President, Wartsila North America, developing and commercializing energy projects throughout the world, including more than 8000 MW of power generation projects in the Americas, from Alaska to Argentina.

JIM MANATT

Jim Manatt has led C level profitable management in the energy industry for 42 years, including CEO Thrust Energy, Inc.; CEO, Providence Technologies, Inc.; COO, Permian Exploration Corporation. He has also served as Regent and Board Chairman of New Mexico State University with fiduciary responsibilities for 4,000 employees and a $450 million annual budget. He founded NMSU’s Arrowhead Center For Technology & Entrepreneurship. He is a US Army veteran.

DALE WILLIAMS

Dale Williams has had a 35 year career of increasing management and operating responsibility with Southwestern Public Service Company and Xcel Energy. He retired as Xcel’s Director of Community Services and Economic Development. Previously, he was Director of the Harrington, Nichols, Celenese, Moore County, and Riverview Stations, also COO and EVP of Quixx Power Services where he developed, financed, owned and operated twelve power plants using traditional and renewable power.

Phil Harris

Phil Harris founded and served as Chairman, President and CEO of PJM. Originating from a eight utility company power pool, under Mr. Harris’s leadership and vision, PJM became the largest competitive wholesale electricity market and centrally dispatched grid in the world. Mr. Harris’s legacy is noted for his leadership in the development and implementation of the highly sophisticated market and complex energy systems for the enterprise. He is a highly decorated US Army veteran.

Carl Monroe

Carl Monroe retired from Southwest Power Pool responsible for Operations, Engineering, IT, Interregional Coordination, and Market Design as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining SPP, Carl served with Entergy of New Orleans, LA and Ameren of St. Louis, MO in various management and engineering positions including forecasting; EMS advanced applications; and in EMS development.

Tom Smith

Tom Smith’s career has been about extensive knowledge of domestic and international power generation markets and how they impact individual project and corporate financial performance. Tom has a thorough understanding of the construction and operation of plant generation systems as well as systems required to effectively manage them. He has served as VP Xcel Energy; Director and Vice President of NRG Energy; VP European Operations, NRG and Director Argentina Operations, NRG.
